Jessica is an experienced fermentation scientist with two decades in the fermented beverage industry. She currently oversees Brew Dr. Kombucha’s Lab, QA/QC programs, food safety/regulatory compliance, and kombucha R&D. Jessica holds a B.S. and M.S. in Food Science from Oregon State University and prior to joining Brew Dr. Kombucha taught brewing, winemaking, and cidermaking at her alma mater.
